Le Golfe Bleu is a "Société Civile Immobilière" (real estate shareholder association). Each owner is entitled to occupy the purchased apartment for the purchased period (2 weeks or more).
Administration :
* The residence is managed by an estate manager appointed by the owners NEXITY Group.
* The owners also decide about features, targets and extraordinary expenses during an annual general meeting ("assemblée générale").
* Each owner is due to pay (on request and before his period) annual administration fees corresponding to his share of the total expenses.
Some operation details :
* Each new owner gets a sample of the statutes (official residence rules).
* Property at Le Golfe Bleu is transmissible to the heirs.
* For the use of your property you have following options:
- personal use,
- rental by your own,
- rental through NEXITY with reimbursement of a pool-system rental revenue,
- deposit a week or more of your property with the exchange organization : RCI www.rci.com
which entitles you to stay in other residences worldwide.
