RENTAL CONDITIONS
The apartments are available at 4 PM and have to be left before 10 AM.
A deposit of 200 € is requested upon arrival; it will be refunded upon departure, after inventory.
The tariff includes following services :
- Equiped apartment and parking spot
- TV international channels in each units
- water consumption and electricity use
- Resorts fee 10 € per stay, condomnium 12 € by week
- access to outdoor swimming pool, fitness-room, ping-pong indoor and outdoor, meeting and TV room...
- free hire of : vacuum-cleaner, hair-dryer, iron and iron-board...
Extras :
- internet WIFI & cable in all apartments 5 € by week (optional)
- Telephone consumption
- Tourist tax 1,50 € per adult per day
- cleanig-up (in case of non-cleaned apartment) : evaluated on a basis of 25 € per hour
- Small pet: 10 € per stay
- linen (bed and bath) : 8,5 € rental per person (for a complete kit)
- electric toaster : 3 €
- To rent baby-bed : 15 € per stay (to be reserved previously)
- broken items : replacement at nett price.
- Launderette : 4 € washing 2 € drying
